this is too good. you must be using a gameshark with your LSDJ

Well let me get my hands on an SMS first and few parts for the circuit and I'd gladly test it. Ill begin my hunt for one now.

I would only need the EPROM and a SMS and I'd gladly test it hah. Actually seeing if I can get a SMS cheap and how feasible it would be to get a YM2413 to add to it

ah, wish i could get my hands on a japanese SMS for the additional FM chip. This seems like a pretty cool project. has it been tested on ntsc and pal?

That blue one was just toooooo awesome looking. Had to order one

I agree with bitman here. That sax sounded great with the C64

The game is free today if anyone wants to try it out!

Take a picture of your wiring. Can't see on the video too well.

I have a slightly easier wiring diagram at the bottom of that post

Back in September I wrote the soundtrack for an iOS game. The game has finally finished testing and was released onto the App Store today!

App Store
iTunes
Bandcamp

The game itself is very fun and reminds me of Super Meatboy and N+. All tracks were written using my midiNES and arduinoboy.

I see the multiface has its own buffer settings as well? Do you have these set low as well? I can't speak to that hardware. I use a midisport 4x4 and haven't had any latency issues with my midines and FL studio 10

You could alternatively create a dashboard that you could use rather than the midiout. Basically you can add your own knobs an link to whih CCs you want. Additionally you can create pages that certain knobs are on and switch between then. It's useful when you have 4 OPs on the sega. What is your buffer set to in your audio settings?

What are you using for midiout on FL? Dashboard or MIDI out or something else? I've never had that problem with my setup and midines which sounds the same as yours. I get some initial delay using littlescales MDM when I have a dashboard with all parameters visible at once. Switched over to a page styled dash and the delay isn't there. But that is USB not midi. Perhaps there is some relation?

Columns are fixable. Dead rows are not. Just buy another DMG? Or buy some front pcbs and swap them out with the ones in your DMGs.

We've made infinitely closer to $0 than $1M

This doesnt say much as you could have made a good amount of money but in relation to 1M it's not much.

Projected profit - $0.  I'll gladly give you your share of zero.

So revenue share then? If greed is such a bad thing and you dont make any money anyways you should be offering a slice of the potentially nonexistent pie.

There's much more supply than there is demand for everything creative these days and I'll virtually guarantee you that five years from now musicians and artists will be paying to get their work featured in games/apps/software simply because of market forces.

Right and this is why it still costs millions to get Hans Zimmer to compose a soundtrack for the COD series. They could have just come to this board and got it for free.

Now that there is midi support....drool

so we could have a game loaded on a powerpack or cart that is written to recognize incoming midi cc data and tell the 2A03 what to play?
