I apologize for the blurriness of the pictures (It's a high res camera, but the pictures are always blurry)

On one front PCB, the part of of the horizontal ribbon cable that connected to the board came loose and I think you can very carefully solder those back to the board, however on the second, and most recent attempt, two traces on the bottom brown ribbon cable came off and that's completely irreparable.

I'm (somewhat shamefully) looking for a new front PCB (preferably with the film already removed) for one of the 2 DMGs I (rather unsuccesfuly) tried backlighting.

I'm willing to trade:

- one of the dead front PCBs (which can likely be repaired, I just lack the tools and steady hand to do it)

- A tested and working back board (DMG-CPU-05) and back shell (no battery cover as the little stub broke)

- and a slightly yellowed, cracked front shell (which I guess can be taken care of by drilling for an RCA pro-sound, effectively removing it.

If a trade can't be done, is ~20 bucks a good price? (shipping included)

EDIT: I hate getting BBcode wrong.

The soundtrack to Rhino Rumble for the Gameboy by Jeroen Tel. There aren't even any good youtube videos on it. just of the title music and first level.

probably the most advanced soundtrack ever made for the NES.  Crazy Japan only Sunsoft game that came out super late in the NES dev cycle.

I have and I love it. It's insanely difficult, but it's DEFINITELY a top 3.

Hello everyone, IaTM here (I prefer that slightly, anyway). Been JUST A BIT of a lurker for about 1-and-a-half years now, and just now decided to create an account. I admittedly have an inferiority complex and thought myself "unworthy" of joining a site with such chipmusic greats as Yerzmyey, Nullsleep, Bit Shifter, Danimal Cannon, etc. I've been into writing and covering (mostly just covering) chipmusic for about two years (GOING ON THREE, YAY!), but have been involved with music most of my life (Which isn't really a lot). I work mostly with FamiTracker and LSDj, while dabbling with Deflemask's SID capabilities, and Milkytracker.

I don't know haw many times this has been said here, but what really solidified my love of chipmusic (other than the complete technical aspect) was watching Reformat the Planet, and seeing that there was a whole community of amazing people taking what most OTHER people consider obsolete junk, and repurposing it into a beautiful artistic medium of pure 4-, 8-, and16-bit energy and power... and noise...

After I found out about Famitracker, I downloaded it, joined the forums, and have pretty much kept myself there and youtube, and that's pretty much the extent of any contact I've had with other chipmusicians (not bashing them at all, as they're awesome people). Like I said, I've been going at this for about 2-3 years, so I'm nowhere near the technological or musical genius of most people here, but that's part of the reason I joined. To learn from the best.

Also, you all seem like really cool people, and I think that with a little work I can join you all in glorious chiptune...

Anyway, it's about 3am here, and I should probably be heading to bed (oy, my priorities :\ ).

How much would you be willing to let that front backlit PCB go for? I recently messed mine up, and I've been looking for another (not to mention my backlight was faulty [big white blotches... uuugh...] not placing any blame on nonfinite)

EDIT: I'd also be interested in a new shell, if it isn't too much to ask for.
