o, sorry for not living on this site you fucken turds. Go fer it sleepy. Only chiptune artists make shirts that no one wears anyway. I'm so sorry I irritated your sandy vaginas.

Hey, just because you're in a shite mood doesn't mean that you have the right to get pissy at everyone. They do have a point, bumping a 2 week old thread with multiple contentless posts is a pretty dumb thing to do. Go be a bitter twat somewhere else plox

YOUR-POST, THOUGHT CHIPTUNE

I have been playing piano for like 8 years now, i dont realy have a prefrence to what kind of chip tune i want to make, and i dont have any xpereunce with DAWs or trakers

Use famitracker, then LSDJ.

what if i can only afford one?

I'd go with LSDJ, there are plenty of good tutorials for it out there to help get you started

It's painful.

It was always painfull

I don't know anyone here IRL, so it's not like I've introduced anyone to the site

I wouldn't call anyone here my friend, it's nothing personal, it's just that I don't really talk to anyone here. There are however people who I see around the forum and go "They look like a pretty cool dude"

I'd like to thank tacticalbread, thretris, pixy junket and so many others for being an inspiration to me, and a damn good introduction to chipmusic.

I also want to thank A+B+Up+Start for being a massive twat, a twat that told me that what I did was wrong.

I'd like to thank everyone who contributes in some way to the chip community. Even if you don't think you do, you do.

This

I hope kitsch gets back in this thread soon and explains exactly what this is

You should link to Boddah's site when it's up and running, also xiwi's site

Nothing but a bored sketchman, and an "Offline" image

I was excited recently to find a mac version of Yume Nikki but then dissapointed by HOW BORING it is... i mean it had all sorts of cool stuff in it but only between AGES of walking thru repetitive/empty levels sad

On the plus side I discovered LSD designer Osamu Sato made a later CD-rom game which looks if anything even weirder and has an even more obscure sequel too! http://obscuritory.com/adventure/easter … -tong-nou/

Also he made a couple of kind of cute but alas not very good iphone apps for drawing with shapes/faces sad

I was going to mention his other game, but I couldn't for the life of me remember what it was called. All I knew was it had a "B" somewhere in the title, but even that was wrong.

I have heard of Sidstation, quiet a few people say they prefer "SammichSID" to Sidstation. Anybody had any experience with one or the other, or both ? would be interesting to hear about their defining features and what makes them unique to one another.

No experience with them, but according to the SammichSID website, they're not in production, and they aren't making any more any time soon. There is a dude in the hardware section of this forum who made a SammichSID clone kinda thing, but that doesn't actually use a commodore SID.

Acid is not so expensive.

Yeah, but where I live, it's a pain in the ass to find a reliable dealer for the stuff. My main one only sells bud and coke, the latter of which, I have no interest in.

It's a bike used for downhill racing and stuff.  There are no pedals so you just coast down a hill to gain speed. (At least that's what I found out when I googled it)

"Coasting" make it sound so pedestrian. The hills that my friends and I race are wicked awesome, and we average between 50-60 mph top speeds. It's very much like riding motorcycles, and some of us have been issued speeding tickets.

Dude, you're crazy! I got that speed on a mountain bike, and ended up in A&E because I couldn't move either of my arms when I flipped over the bars.
