goto80 is the only guy who could pull this off in all of chip. Im pretty chuffed im too broke to indulge.. i have a few ideas!

I'm not sure if I'm completely missunderstanding the meaning of your post, but I'm pretty sure chuffed isn't the right word

pretty sure that about a year and a half ago, I posted about how there was no chip scene where I lived, and me and forabrokenearth discussed how shit leicester is.

nothings changed.

1. I don't really have an inspiration to write music, until I start. I'll pick up a guitar or a keyboard, and just fuck around. If something sounds nice, then I'll develop it, and that will be my motivation.

2. Without trying to sound 2 hurad-core, I don't put emotions into my music. I don't write angry songs when I'm angry, I just write songs.

I'm going to be putting out an album by the end of the year, the songs that I write for it keep on changing, and getting added or removed, depending on how I feel I want the album to sound. I don't have any people that really listen to the music that I write, but if I post about it here, then I'll be more likely to get it done, and release it. Maybe some of you guys can check it out when it's done or something.

Hah "community" the nearest chiptune artist I know of is like 9 hours drive away or something. Unless there is anyone else from ireland around?

there are a few iirc, most notably is chipzel

Another one for m-audio, I can't remember what my little recording device is (it's in a box somewhere) but when I've used it, it's worked really well. I'm pretty sure it's reasonably cheap, I "borrowed" mine from school a while back, so I'm not sure of the retail price

a watch like this wouldn't fit with my かわいい a e s t h e t i c

you seem to be more focused on selling pre-built things, rather than actual parts. I would be very unlikely to use something like this, I prefer to mod things myself, and I rarely do it anyway (and it's usually aesthetic rather than practical.) There's already that other dude over here who sells gameboy related stuff, so it would be nice in terms of diversity to have shops selling more than just gameboy stuff. Although, I'd rather just have a UK reseller of Kitch/ASM stuff for similar prices, because I hate the waiting time it takes for stuff to get here from the US

that was pretty good, looking forward to the episode the day after tomorrow

Yeah, I'm looking forward to mine arriving, shame it's not going to get to me until 2 months after when he originally said it would

Although EDM-X is a joke, isn't it basically just 90's dance music anyway? Like, wasn't the entire point of it to have all this buildups, and then more buildups as the track progressed? Every so often me and my dad have music based chats, and i showed him some more modern dance music, and he showed me the stuff he used to dance to when he was off his head sometime around 1995. He didn't really get skrillex because he just liked the buildups, rather than the drops, then he showed me Higher State of Consciousnes by Josh Wink.
After checking out the pouet link, I'm obviously not the only person who thought this.

I'm thinking about giving this a go, I haven't really explored any AY chip, and Vortex Tracker looks pretty easy to use

Or something more anthropological about the different cultures/subcultures that have arisen as a result?
