i would go busking with my bass or game boy, but the city i live in (heidelberg, germany) doesnt allow amplified busking.

I had no prior experience to music before doing chip.
I'd suggest using an emulator to try and get yourself started before your cart arrives.

I've used that method as well.
I would suggest using some sort of adhesive so the lines on your stencil come out cleaner.
I've learned this from doing large stencils on canvas.
