Why do you have so much good shit and I have so little money?

It seems to be a consistent problem... I'm broke at the exact same time as everybody else. LOL

So. I financially screwed myself over. Gotta get rid of some of my toys.
Here's my Alesis Micron. Don't know where the power supply is (but I'll keep looking for it).
The M2 slider nub is missing, but other than that; it's top notch.

$200 + shipping.

It's a screamin' good deal.

First come, first served.
I have another one available without a power supply, though.
You could get lucky.

Can't do trades right now. Rent is coming up, and my dumb ass decided to buy a Porsche.

SOLD

I've been building equipment and practicing with various trackers and software for about a year, and I still think my music sucks... I'm sure that's not particularly helpful, but making sick beats doesn't happen overnight.

Experiment with LSDj and an emulator, and see what you can do.
It's fun and deeply rewarding.

Never mind. I had the polarity wrong.
I'm a moron.

I've gone through it half a dozen times, and I can't figure out where I made a mistake (seriously; it three wires and a pair of RCA ports).
Tried it in the tv downstairs, same result. Has good audio, but no video, and then the sound goes to shit when I plug the video in.

I just got another Master System.
It works.
I didn't have the 8 pin monstrosity RCA cable to plug into the back of my tv, so I did a simple composite out mod.
The mod doesn't work.
I get a couple flashes of black and colorful bars, plus the first few notes of "Hang On" and then the signal stops.
Any thoughts?
The RF still works.
Is it an issue with my TV?

Dude wait, have we bumped into each other before? I've been kineticturtle/Kinetic Turtle for a long-ass-time in the marathon/aleph one world. Just got started playing again too...

I suppose it's possible. I haven't played Marathon in about 9 years. Started playing in '95-'96... People bitch about lag now; but they never lived through dial-up patches and dedicated (but busy) LAN servers in an office building.

Double Sided Tape!
Works phenomenally well. No fuss, no muss.

My name was my first pick. I'm a colossal nerd, love Star Wars, I love the dark side, and I destroy all! I tried my backup name first, but "Rage Quit" was already taken. It sounded really cool, and had some gamer cred, but I'm glad that I went with teh d3th st4r.

Dremel the head off that little bastard, and then extract the stump with a pair of pliers.
