I noticed you're also from sweden so I'll ask: where did you buy it? smile

Ordered it online, haven't found a retailer of this specific brand anywhere locally http://www.ibwahlstrom.se/ but look up the "Montana" spraycans. They don't have a specific page or anything otherwise I would link you directly to that. smile They have a LOT of colors.
Yeah of course I think there has to be some local shop that sells 'em in larger cities.

True! I'll look into that smile
As for the white spray, what paint did you use? Matte white primer?

That is acrylic spraypaint. smile

Well.... I'd research paint that's very seethrough. I guess you could use such paint to make a few washes over the clearcase so that it just gets a *hint* of blue, then after that's done you just paint the inside white.

I'm blanking on the name or property of such paint I just know it exists. ??

How is this painted? Just solid white inside a clear case?

My artclass is pretty much the only "general public" that has ever heard my chiptunes. Generally people don't get it the fuzz, but there are a few that think it's nostalgic and reminiscent of old games (big shock) but they also told me that it sounds nice so... in that context it's been positive.

:T

I think and work great with a pumping beat. Therefore most of Chipzel's stuff works just fine. smile

Probably Chipzel... And Skip Cloud, he's a cool dude...

Nordloef!

I dig me some noise.
Ambient is one of the best things I know and one of the genres I keep coming back to time and time again no matter what.

It's possible that tastes change. They already have for me, but Chiptune is close to my heart still. smile

"Giving it up" is made harder in that the general milieu of the chiptune-scene is so damn attractive, so many interesting things to be.. uuuhm.. interested in.

I don't like being limited in pattern length.

Heads up though because LSDJ won't exactly make this much easier for you.. wink

I started out with FL studio, went on to LSDJ and now my new digs are Ableton and Renoise. Using both for different reasons, but as I get better I think I might be able to cut my pipeline to be a bit shorter.
Currently learning Ableton though, figured I'd get into Renoise seriously after version 3 is available to anyone.

Oh yeah and LSDJ of course. I only gave up FL studio. And there's nothing wrong with FL at all, I just don't personally get along with it that well, that or I'm doing something incredibly wrong. Either way, I want to sample some other workflows. smile

I see the problem rather as: new people get on here and instantly end up in a slapfight with whoever had any agenda to speak their mind, not pussyfooting around a subject and just hammer it home right off the bat.

So: The ultimate solution would be: New users (and old): Chill. Everyone gets along better that way, believe it.

I have a white V4, it doesn't strain my eyes. Blue and red V4's however is horrible on my ol' eyeballs. I can only expect the V5's would be even worse in that regard. Lovely though, I'm sure. smile
