I just want to downgrade from 4.6.0 to 3.9.9 or something of that nature, so I was just worried that if I did then my .sav data would go with that deleted version. If that's what you say do, I'll look into it. I've also discovered that website LSDSNG Swap and it's a coincidence that you mention LSDJmanager because that was my next conundrum. So thanks, I'll give it all a bash.

totally fucking mind blowing

Ok, so obviously you can transfer ROM's from the cartridge onto your laptop, using the program GB_USB and an EMS cable. I've only just set it up, and burnt the .gb and .sav file from my cart onto my hard drive. BUT, can you only burn the rom itself or can you burn individual tracks? You see, I don't know what .sav is. .gb is obviously the entire file of the program, but are .sav files memory bank data? Because if that's the case, I have 3 tracks in progress on my LSDJ cart but there is only one .sav file that shows up on GB_USB. It's probably simple as fuck and I'm making it complicated but I really don't want to touch anything and fuck it up.

Get back to us ASAP

Thanks

I was worried about that, the whole age old dilemma of "what's better? MC2 or Arduino." I'm just trying to figure it out really, but it's probably because I'm trying to use my Game Boy with Renoise, and I don't know whether it's my lack of knowledge on the subject of you know basic technology or whether I have to set something up in Renoise. But yeah, thanks. I just needed to know whether it was a major issue because then I'd just sod it and not use it until like I could be arsed you know.

Sabrepulse tweeted about a month ago, so I may be abit late to the party with that in mind, about telling people not to play live with the MC2. That's all he wrote. I recently just got one about 3 days ago, and I'm still in the process of playing with it and figuring it out at home, hoping to use it live. Can anyone tell me, if they know, what the main problem(s) are with it to use it live? Because this is soul crushing, it's pretty much the only reason I bought it. I don't want to have wasted my money.

Thanks

@Shriker: Just pull it apart, don't be scared, just pushed down in a central position. There are tiny clips that lock both sides together. I was scared to do it at first but it will come apart.

wish lo-gain would do a competition again so i could use this to it's full advantage. it's not the same when it's just for fun.

guitar, usually my very simple Yamaha EG-112, and then copy out my most favourite of melodies from the day on one of my GB Cameras, and then just create something juicy either by using LSDJ or a varied collection of VSTs.

when is this going to be released? and when are we going to know the winner?

i'm damn skippy if these keyboards don't sell for anything. these are awesome. although i find it funny how your first sample of the keyboard was just an ordinary keyboard with a cable soldered onto it. going from that to these mighty fine stallions of a keyboard, dude, i would buy one, i would.

just sent mine now.
