I love you little scale i wanna kiss your insides with my emotions

MUST BE NICE

Yeah, I mean everything I do is very methodical and deliberate, so by the time I decide what the next note is it's because I've basically tested to see what every note sounds like after the one before it. It also takes me FOREVER to finish anything.

So none of this really has anything to do with me, just throwing out some ideas for the OP.

You can make famitracker sound very human, you just have to become really acquainted with the humanizing commands like Gxx and Sxx to escape the grid. Which comes back to the note-by-note composition, not the fluid improv you want though. At least not in fami.

You could probably use a keyboard and FamiTracker's MIDI in function to record improvy stuff, and then go back and use the G and S commands to undo the auto-quantize it'll put in

There's some command where you can render a section into a sample, and then you can do tracker style pitch bends with effect commands to it.

But also since you just grabbed a demo you probably aren't that serious about renoise.

I don't even use slides anymore, grace notes ALL DAY

Thanks for everything you've done, which is more than me or most people have even thought about attempting to accomplish, and for spending time helping me troubleshoot my SMSM because I'm a noob. (p.s. i'm waiting on a 27C256, so I'll need some help again soon)

MAC: Actually you can test loading windows VST with this free tool : http://www.smproaudio.com/index.php/en/ … ds#mac-osx might be a bit slower than native version but people should give it a try.

If there is any interest I may add native MAC support in the future (the actual code is not portable so it would need a complete rewriting)

Downloading VFX to test it out, but I think native Mac support would be better, since this (I'm pretty sure) is just a stand alone application for windows VSTs. I can't speak for everyone else, but I like to run a bunch of different chip VSTs / Hardware simultaneously through Live, and this would be a perfect addition to what I'm using now.

I don't have any coding experience at all, but if you need a beta tester for a mac version down the line, send me an email unless I've killed myself by the time you start working on it.

if anything this should be a little-scale appreciation thread

It sounds like maybe you should like, listen to some dnb, cause it seems like you don't know what it is.

Check out Falco Lombardi, he did a lot of uncey stuff but the melodies in this remind me of his stuff.

p.s. this is what is 'basically breakcore'
