i've got a two year old.

he's not into the gameboys but likes the modular syth, mixer, and most of all my turntables.  technics mk3d is the best toy ever

i use energizer recharables but usually end up stealing them to run my two year olds little keyboard since two year olds aren't good at shutting things off

Holy hell that is bad. And not even remotely chip.

But this makes me think, maybe there's a place for the sonic equivalent of visual data moshing? Compressing things terribly just for the joy of the artifacts? Discuss.

modular synthesis

bang

there are only two modular compressors as far as i know.

one is DIY and the other is really expensive and out of stock everywhere

but yah artifacts for artifacts sake

Well, I've been told by the other chipsters that I look too much like a bro to be a hipster (girls at shows/parties have come up and asked me what I was doing there). I guess Nikes and tanktops aren't the right kind of hip for chip?

It probably doesn't help that I make some "brostep"... or that my name can easily be manipulated into broaconstructor

But um yes, *present*

weird i guess?  dunno.

wait there are chip guys who aren't hippsters in seattle?

i need to get out more.
