BATTERIES BATTERIES (extra) BATTERIES. ive gotten to the venue and realized one dmg had switched itself on in my bag, get about two songs in and it starts dying. I remember a guy standing up in front yelling "oh shit ive got some sitting batteries sitting at home" me not knowing the guy said "yeah i shouldve called you! shit!" Long story short I had to wing the rest of my set with one gameboy. I couldnt imagine getting there with one gameboy and one set of batteries(thats why i take two)

Plus my other bit of advice: Lgpt is your friend, EMS carts are not, luckily all of these horrible crashes ive been having arent on stage......Ive been looping my gameboy tracks in LGPT so if shit hits the fan i have a backup that will crash....but not wipe.

I probably write the most with Lsdj and Nanoloop, they have proven to recept my brainwaves in a matter that is suitable and streamlined for my boredom ratio (what)

I have a few drum machines, a xoxmathing, and a micron, Ive probably written two whole tracks using solely these things. I have hundreds of single wank patterns that need to be worked on. With software ive found I dont hit the same brick wall mentally, I can just ctrl+s and ctrl+n with my random direction

I have been using this approach as of late, the flaws of your melody or structure become more apparent as time passes whilst not hearing it. I shamefully am one to think things are perfect when they actually need more time and effort.

there's a good ST emulator but I don't know if it'd be able to do anything special it would need to do to hook up to the FB01

Steem has midi capability so possibly hatari does too?

I has one too, pig all teh time. its the clicky small shoulder buttons that force on teh crab
