Bumpalump. I'd really like this stuff gone! Shoot me an offer!

I'm looking into doing this in pure javascript using web MIDI. The midi part will actually be fine (in and out), but to connect to BGB you have to use a TCP socket and it looks like that's currently not possible in javascript. I may be possible to make a converter program that would take a websocket and transfer it to a TCP socket.

Anyone else have any ideas?

I'm hesitant to do it in python because deploying that can be tricky.

Just ordered mine. Thanks! I'm excited to try this out.

It's in the mail! Check paypal for tracking info! Thanks for your order!

Are those all chinese aftermarket shells? What's the deal with the carbon fiber?

I was thinking today, would it be cool to stick a PS/2 port on the board? So that way you could plug a keyboard into it? It wouldn't use any arduinoboy functionality but it would be an easy and convenient way to plug a keyboard into your gameboy.

Hey nordloef, do  you have maybe a time we could skype or google hangout to figure out exactly what you're seeing?

Yeah, probing with my multimeter though and the switch seems to work just as well as a good switch.

I've got a pocket here I was working on with some mods - backlight and bivert chip. Everything was working great. Then I went to put it back in the case and suddenly nothing worked. No power, no sound, nothing. Probing around with a multimeter and I see no voltage on any VCC points. I'm pulling my hair out here!

Anybody have any tips or ideas?

I have this: http://www.amazon.com/TOTMC%C2%AE-Video … 42VARKWCC2

It's like eh, but it works. Software is windows only but not actually that bad.

Doh. We fixed the bug but I forgot to deploy it onto master. It's deployed now and should work. I've tested it with 43.0.2. smile

Firefox is fixed!

Oliver, your hardware does the memory switching? Do you think it would be worthwhile to have functionality where one could upload a rom to the site and have it patch it?

Still can't get it to work on FF. Anyone else managed to download the ROM with FF? I'm using 43.0.2.

Okay when I get back home I'll look more into it.
