Final fantasy 1-6 were ok (Though I thought 6 was amazing). the rest are just nightmares of cheesy dialog and retarded plot lines.
ALSO: Thread should be deleted.

on a mostly unrelated note, when i was little i had a dream that the family (the murdochs) that used to own the house my family lives in now came back to the house, and they were vikings, and my dad answered the door and talked to them for a bit, and they put a viking hat on his head. When he came back inside my mom asked what happened, and he was very upset and said "they called me a murdoch"
I bet that was the strangest wet dream you ever had.

i have a smartboy cart & transferrer, 3 old EMS and 3 BB carts (2 USB) which all work dazzlingly. I have had load troubles with 2 EMS64 USB carts (sold them both) and the smartboy cart, but the smartboy *transferrer* is MUST HAVE. The way i work now is ultra paranoid, so i basically have 3 main carts and 3 perpetually updated backup carts and multiple-redundancy SAV files... I love you smartboy transferrer.
/2 cents
what problem do you have with the smartboy carts?

I could be totally wrong about this but I think the general mood here is that any sort of competition based system is generally not considered here. Maybe it is due to the popularity contest that 8bc creates with its voting system?
but like I said if the mods here are cool with it then great. it could actually be fun I think.

was curious about those underclocked gameboys. If I had an underclocked GB connected via arduinoboy would that mean that if I set the tempo on ableton live at 160 then the GB's tempo would actually be somewhere around 80? or would it still be instant (160)?

Haha. So my options are overpriced, malfunctioning, or nonexistent. Maybe I should wait for the Do A Heaps Cart.
I am actually thinking of getting one of those as well. smartboy too.

Just get one of those evil stolen code carts (if you can that is), they're awesome.
bleep bloop carts are actually pretty nice. the moral implications? well I guess that is a subjective topic. on that note he is (well, last I heard from him was late last year) working on some new carts that are completely his own work. Waiting for some news on those carts (remember infinity cart? don't know if that is still the name)....

Re: CURRENT STATE OF THE USB CART INDUSTRY? (102 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
yes, you can.
the only issue with smartboy carts i've had, or have heard others having, is the crazy long wait time, or them simply not fulfilling orders.
aw that sucks. did you not stock these once upon a time?
