Thanks trash80. Just so everyone else knows what happened, essentially it was not visually clear that threads are closed (they look almost identical to an open thread to mods and admins). This has now been changed and there is a distinct visual difference for a closed thread. It won't happen again.
Just downloaded this. Unfortunatly I'm on my 5th listen of 'Dances' for this morning so it'll have to wait. Looking forward to it though.

I think you should just get that idea out of your head and put in the hard yards to work out the songs by yourself. It'll be more rewarding and you'll learn more doing so.

It didn't seem very musical to me.
For real? Re-listen to Microbiology and then tell me it's not musical. Its some of the most gorgeous, understated harmonic and notational interplay I've heard in a while. I love it. The track evolves so beautifully. It is certainly musical but I think you obviously have a different definition of what a 'musical' piece is to me.
If it were 20 minutes of non tonal white noise, then I'd say that was not musical.
Everyone should buy this album. I'm really looking forward to the extra track!

are you saying to just not do anyhting when someone personally attacks you on a forum?
I'm trying to say posting a thread asking that everyone please hold hands and get along is fairly naive. I'm also suggesting that maybe instead of asking everyone to do so that maybe you should just accept that there are people out there you will not see eye to eye with. These same people sometimes will not be courteous in doing so.
Perhaps you could just toughen up a bit, realise that you can't win a battle of wits against an unarmed opponent and grow a thicker skin.
If there are obvious re-offenders then the mod team will warn and in extreme cases ban these users.

Your arguement is a paradox. You want to promote the freedom of speech regardless of how stupid that point of view might be but you also want people to make a judgment to self censor if it is not constructive.
