Are you looking for more platforms to write on, or gadgets to complete the gear you have, or something else? I think the key thing would be a mixer to let you route the gear you've got more flexibly. You can DIY some pretty cool little mixers. http://www.beavisaudio.com/ has some cool plans and thoughts on building mixers, fx loops and the like. Might be useful.

Fixed the ASM cart that needed a new battery, and changed the price. Also dropped the price on the transferrer II. And added a drum machine kit kit.

I think I recall the Gen 3 I bent for visuals having two chips for VRAM. I wound up using bend points on both. Just go for it - if you can find a pinout for the chips it will help you avoid the VCC pin, otherwise you can't really hurt much.

I'll try to find the photos of mine that I took while it was still open.

...mgb is a free program, not a sellable product?

Try this link for all versions of mgb and the arduinoboy code:

The possibilities are more or less endless. Batsly, you're a monster! Is this going to see general availability in any form?

BORIS, hands down.

They'll probably make way more money selling the carts than selling their documentary.

I believe Nick Maynard also built a DMG-07 modded so that one of the gameboys powers the arduino/teensy, and the others are passive. It should just be a matter of some somewhat tedious trace-tracing to figure out which pins to jumper - nothing that katsumbhong isn't capable of. smile

I'm fairly certain they're the same size as all the other gameboy screws, but I haven't opened up (or even owned) an MGB in awhile. If someone wants to confirm that for me, I can send you a set of screws - if you're not in the US I may ask for you to pay for shipping.

A few of them have popped up - I got this one from Glitch Militia. It was a multicart, another one I saw was a Harry Potter rip. They're obvious bootlegs, but the color match is pretty damn close.

I finally got this together. The buttons aren't entirely matching, but the pattern is complete now that I found a green cartridge shell...

If you had access to a synthesizer from your home/studio for recording purposes, would that be a desired alternative to owning it?
  Yes
Maybe
I don't know

Why isn't there a "No" option?

Anyway, filled out. Neat idea!

Nintendo Power cart is sold - there's a pending claim on the arduinoboy and the MPC by the same person... if it doesn't get paid for soon though, some of y'all messaging me about the Arduinoboy will hear back soon. wink

Also - seriously does anybody want to trade an SP404? o_o
