Ah, I guess I had it soldered exactly mirrored on mine. The ps/2 port was fine, but the board was not. I will immediately attempt to correct this.

Will any PS/2 keyboard work with this or do I need to be worried about getting a different one?

This is amazing. I am dying over this.

EDIT: Also I love your album art - all of it. It's what I would draw if I could draw.

Hey guys, thank you so much! For the ps/2 port if i'm looking at the back end of a female port it will be the same as looking at the picture of the male port correct? And for the dmg board layout you posted, by component side do you mean that it is NOT the side you see when you first open the gameboy up?

So I'm attempting to put an internal ps/2 port in my DMG. I have a port all wired up the way I'm pretty sure it needs to be, but I can't get any kind of success. I've tested all the leads and everything seems to be wired properly. I honestly have no idea what could be the problem.

I'm following this pinout:

Basically, can someone post the pinout for the board, since that's what I'm soldering to? I understand that this view of the PS/2 socket is from the front so it should be reversed on the back side, but the internal wiring is whats tripping me up. Please help!

Simple, basic, not flashy and waterproof enough for when you accidentally leave it on in the shower or wash your hands.

I just totaled up all the parts. All the parts from Mouser cost $20.70 + ~5 for shipping. The ATMega328 preprogrammed from Adafruit is $9.65 with shipping. Nonfinite has the link cables for ~$5.00 with shipping. So total I'm seeing about $40.35.

And you still have to assemble everything....

Well then lets just do one of those. I'd rather give my money to one of you then the philistine scum at Radioshack. The question is which one wants to sell one?

The speaker is blown on one of my dmg's. I don't use it all the time, but sometimes I just like to play games without headphones on. Anyways, does anyone know where to buy a replacement? Is it possible to actually upgrade the speaker while I'm at it?

I found this website but they're out of stock (and I'm not in the UK anyway):

After playing Game Dev Story for three days straight, I really want to play Segagaga. Can someone please translate it? And seriously, no wonder the Dreamcast didn't do too hot. All the best games were only released in Japan!
