it lets you use your windows pc as a virtual floppy drive. You mount disk images on the pc, turn on the atari and it autoboots into the program.
It does more than that but thats what i used it for.

Has two 85xx chips and two 65xx chips. The first three chips work fine, but I think the last 65 chip has a busted filter. It sounds find if you disable the filter. Just priced this on the Hardsid site and these go for around $570 right now. Use it as a VST, use it in your emulator, use it with goattracker.
