I'm apparently known locally for the hours I've clocked busking, but that doesn't involve chip at all.

I've been known to use the NES's noise channel with the metallic buzzing tones over some of my more loud and grating LSDJ tracks. Anyone ever attempted a merging of Atari Synthcart with Gameboy? I know littlescale's done some MIDI controlling of the 2600.

I've gotten the occasional "cool" and that's enough positive feedback. I'm from Alabama and make music in Nashville so cue up the blues brother's quote about both kinds of music. There's not a lot of validation here for widely popular forms of electronic music...almost none for something this niche.

sorry for the life story.

Fight the good fight, man. It's tough when you /are/ most of the scene.

Wario Land, Tetris, occasionally Wario Land II, even though it's really similar to III.

Sweet Home, the most hardcore NES game ever made. I've been playing it for a while now. You may want to patch the English version with LunarIPS or something, since North American censorship boards looked at it and said lolno to a Western release instantly.

Yeah I even got a cd from him with the drivers on it. Tried the cd first, then the other links, both to no avail. I haven't been able to figure out why. I've been just telling myself I'll go back and remake all of my songs on my computer so I can have a backup, even though that will take forever. sad

You can set your computer to test mode and install normally

Hallo! I have been talking to myself for a while now about wrangling together people from RI/MA/CT/NJ into some vaguely organized collective for the sake of chipbusking and/or show-doing.

No worries. Right this second I'm just trying to get people together and start at square one, but if we can get organized, it would be awesome to do a show over here with you guys.
