I bought the Yamaha "thunder" YMF724 soundcard.
It's PCI and has an OPL3 on it (there are not many cards like this), meaning you can put it in a modern PC and don't need to buy an old one. IT'S GREAT!

if i am not mistaken it reprograms the flash cart when you save a song rather than saving it to sram so you won't have to worry about overwriting the sram
also you can't edit mods with renoise, dickhead
couldn't we just use 8bc instead like we did in 2009
