Thanks for the help, I'll look more into it once I get home.

(I'm on a school computer currently, and basically every website with info on this kind of stuff is blocked)

You should be able to bypass the blocker software quite easily as long as you know what program it is and a little snooping. I don't know how I know this.

If you do a bit of searching through this site and via google, you'll find a wealth of information.

My brain is still asleep and I'm having trouble giving you an answer.

well we just started about 1 year ago and we are still very new to LSDJ, we have seen some tutorials but its not easy, we are almost done with our first album and we have added more/different 8 bit sounds...but i will check those you references you listed. thank you.

Then don't say you're 8-bit metal if you don't feel up to snuff.

I'm in the market for a netbook sized computer for writing. I've done weeks of searching on the internet and have come down to this particular offering from Lenovo.

It seems to fit what I'm looking for, small and lighter than my MBP, the keyboard is said to be nice and I can run XP on it.

If anyone here has owned one, any experiences you can share in this thread would be most appreciated.

Amazing prices!

PianoGameboy, with you looking for a car, do you have a job waiting for you when you move that you would need a car to get to and from work/school?

Lacking a car in the past, I have used a bicycle and/or bus system to get me to where I needed. Don't know what the situation is, but it saves money... in tradeoff for time.
