Too much free time in the office today big_smile
Just as well, I've been neglecting so many things.

T and B are Treble and Bass?

The author seems like a very nice guy.
Btw, he is looking for  someone to compile Klystrack for OSX. Any takers?

I've also been fiddling with the skin.

A WIP skin for Klystrack. I'm thinking of also making Protracker, AHX and LSDJ themed skins for it.

OK.
arfink, I challenge you to pixel a false screenshot of your idea of a perfect chipmusic program for any platform of your choice (gb, c64, nes, amiga, mobile, whatever).
There are no color restrictions, but the size of the pic has to be something that makes sense, for example if it's a gameboy program, it has to have the gb screen res and 4 grey colors, etc.

track with vocals - track with no vocals = vocals with no track

If you have both the original and the same (must be exactly the same) instrumental it should be pretty easy to subtract the two. So go ahead and post your method for removing the vocals! big_smile

It's the phase inversion CMDR described.
There's a plugin for winamp that's useful for giving you a good idea of how well it will work with a certain track.

Who's next?

I know there's a method of REMOVING the vocals from the track, but I have no idea how to isolate just the vocals.

I think I was having trouble with this, but it got fixed when I started using chipmusic.org instead of www.chipmusic.org.
Is this possible?

Is it OK if the sliders are a bit larger than that? They'd be easier to control precicely.

P.S. Merzbow?

Instant classic big_smile

Lol, that's got to be officially the crappiest palette ever. Needless to say, it's on! \o/

I take it that the stripy 'color' is transparent, tho I can't see how MSX could have had this.
Will get on it tomorrow, it's 3am here.

Ahem!
Hello again ;D

Are you by any chance female and Scandinavian?

Nope, but it lead to some hilarious developments on #pixel and #amigascne back int he day.

It's rather nice. Instrument editing is not as instantly accessible as in FamiTracker, but I managed to get a pattern made rather quickly with pretty satisfying results.
Will definitely keep an eye on this.

This one's a bit old (won't show preview for some reason)

And this is more recent (click to embiggenate)
