It depends on what your trying to do with it. If you're using it as a drum machine with custom drum samples, these work pretty well. If you're using it as a sampler to trigger live samples, there are definitely better alternatives. The memory is pretty small, but works great for short drum samples. The effects are cool, you can use them for your samples or run something through it.

My friend Jason Spencer is a professional graphic artist and has done a lot of t shirt designs for companies, big bands, small bands, etc:

Check him out, I'm not sure what your budget is but he could probably do something for you.

Hell yes!

What are your bpms? Lsdj on a dmg starts to get weird after 200.

I thought Cds were a dying medium, but if they look good and are resonably priced, people will buy the shit out of them. We sold out 50 extremely fast. I guess the same goes for shirts.

I'm not positive, but it sounds like they probably used one of the old 2xled style backlights, which required the removal of the power led and ran off of its power. If you plan on keeping the old backlight in tact, you may have to do some customizing to get ar power led in there.

Wasn't this just on ebay like a month ago?

The people have spoken! You beat me fair n square. Congratz.

Yea, just desolder the old one, Google search an led calculator for the resistance of your blue one(based off of the amperage of your new one.) And solder in the resistor and led of your new power indicator.

In honesty, though, most blue leds require the most voltage, so you're probably alright to just remove the old and replace with the blue one... Just double check first.

Yeah, if They didn't drop out all together, you could try and set up a 3-way  redemption round between the 3 that didn't submit to round 1 and bring the winner to round two to even it out. But that kind of sucks for those that did submit and were dropped... Maybe a new challenger will come along to even it out?

C'mon HN0, I'd rather lose than win by forfeiture.

It's the first post in this thread...

Dammit, HN0! Don't you have a friend with a cable you could borrow or something? We want the gold, suckuh!

I think red and blue are the hardest to read. I'd suggest white or orange.

Are you pretty set on ditching gameboy all together? You could always get a usb cart to back-up your files with. Seems like a cheaper alternative.
