I've been scrambling like crazy, wrote 3 different songs, didn't like any of them, changed my idea of wrestling intro music, wrote a new song in 6 hours, recorded, came to find out chipmusic doesn't accept wav files, so I put it on soundcloud...
sorry for the last minute upload.

Quick question: is it 8bit strictly, or can I use ds-10

I've written 3 wrestling themes so far, all of which are terrible... I guess I'll record the best one.

What you use doesn't matter if you're purpose of writing music is making music that you or anyone else would want to listen to. If your composition sucks, no program is going to make it better... As for me, I only shred the meat-whistle.

I'll do it. I can't load samples on my old school ems cart, though.

You actually could replace the screen if you could solder that small, what he's talking about is using heat to remove vertical lines.

Pm me your address, I'll mail you the rubber d-pad and a/b button contacts. As for the screen, you can try slowly sweeping the bottom ribbon cable with a soldering iron for the vertical lines, but the horizontal lines usually can't be fixed.

You'd probably just have to buy another dmg, as individual screens aren't available to my knowing.

I didn't design it, but my group is featured in it.

Vertical lines can be fixed for the most part. Try: http://chipmusic.org/forums/topic/629/d … ing-guide/

I'm pretty sure Vex hand paints those logos, which is extremely hard to do.

Not that anyone cares, but our producer just put this on bandcamp in case you do: lameboyz.bandcamp.com

Yea, just replace the case.. Maybe pro-sound it if you're going to make music with it. I've got a bunch of cases in different colors, let me know if you need one.

Yea, still looking. I've got a few gnarly paintjobs I've been working on and have plenty of cases and boards, but a lot of my screens have flaws. Let me know if you want to get rid of it.

Looking to pick up a few gameboy colors for some projects I'm working on. Body condition and PCB condition aren't really an issue, so long as the screen works. Will buy for a reasonable price or have some dmgs, agbs, re-capped game gears and various pss yamaha keyboards I'd trade.

Sort of, same idea but by different people. They call it the 8-bit bar. Check it out on FB
