I got linked a few days ago, it's a pretty cool little flash game.

Second EP, drops next week!

Here's a taste: http://chipmusic.org/xuriik/music/99-chavitos

I backed up my save, and loaded it on bgb. I loaded a different project, and this happened, there was a color palette that isn't normally available, and when I scrolled through them, a LOT of new color palettes showed up, most with garbage text alongside them, some unusable because of the colors (Like the last one). Pretty cool, since otherwise my .sav functioned perfectly.

Doesn't Pocket Voice use the 5th sound channel? Also worth checking out for the hardware possibilities.

Sí, coño!

It's funny how everyone complains about the wav clicks at some point, I would have never noticed if I didn't see a thread about it once.

Direktor: it looks like 100% like Clubs Deuce to me.

Would LSDJ still work without an emulator?

Are you a troll? I'll bite.

http://www.herbertweixelbaum.com/comparison.htm
lsdj runs better on faster hardware (emulators, gbc, gbas) but sounds better on dmgs.

I'd say having a bunch of carts is messy, just have your favorites and rare gems you come across. (And the gb camera)

I'd say just use your ags, and get a dmg if you find a cheap one or really think it's worth it.

NEKKETSU KOUHA KUNIO KUN"RENEGADE JAPAN  - Spirtual Sequel to River City Ransom but on Game Boy

I have to check this out, thanks.

What.

I mean, it's supposed to be funny, right? Like, "purposefully bad" funny? I mean, I giggled a bit, but most of the time I just felt uncomfortable; maybe if I watch the whole thing.

That's such a nice track I went and got the .ftm

All of my music stretches over long phrases, contains serious panning and volume changes, and complex modulations across keys right now. I can't label all of my drops, intros, keychanges, melody segments, and stuff across the songs ...

Yeah man I get all my swing/tempo changes and fadeouts messed up and I get stuck notes over chains that are supposed to be silent if I use live mode in some of my songs. I never compose in live but sometimes I'll arrange some songs in chunks for live mode if they're straightforward enough.

I find it fascinating how a lot of the collaborative tracks that I've heard come out great, even though there's little communication between the artists, just people throwing around a file. This should be done more often, so I'm throwing out this lsdsng I made in a few minutes just for this.

You can make any changes you want, except:

-Adding more than six rows in the song screen
-Changing the BPM
-Editing Instruments
-Editing patterns (clone if you have to)
-Removing patterns
-Editing non-empty tables (A00 is left empty on purpose, don't use it)
-Please name new instruments.

Besides that, go crazy; have fun, steal other people's tricks. I'll call it done when it reaches about 4 minutes in length, or 5 different collaborators (Not collaborations! You can go back to it when someone's added more.)

After that I'll record it and upload it to chipmusic.org and soundcloud and credit every collaborator and release it under a CC-BY-NC-SA license and you can share it however you want and yadayada you know how it goes. If people like the idea we could do some more.

I'm really fond of

Over a 8/4 swing. Add E and R envelopes to taste.

EDIT: Yep this was bound to stay a joke thread.

God I forgot how much I loved Medeski, Martin, & Wood.

They're what got me into Jazz/Blues. A friend of mine played this song once in the car after a rock show and I was so drunk I didn't know what was happening but it sounded amazing.

I need more of these real jazzes you speak of.
