Pigging in the context of pipelines refers to the practice of using pipeline inspection gauges or 'pigs' to perform various maintenance operations on a pipeline. This is done without stopping the flow of the product in the pipeline.

These operations include but are not limited to cleaning and inspecting the pipeline. This is accomplished by inserting the pig into a 'pig launcher' (or 'launching station') - a funnel shaped Y section in the pipeline. The launcher / launching station is then closed and the pressure-driven flow of the product in the pipeline is used to push it along down the pipe until it reaches the receiving trap – the 'pig catcher' (or 'receiving station').

John GBC lite has great sound for an emulator, but I think it lacks a speed option, unless it's only available in the paid version. But It works fine for lsdj.

inb4 zanzan is just starting a vaguely chipmusic related ARG centered around aanaaanaaanaaana.net, and these threads are all hints at something.

(Wow I just realized how great that would be)

You're amazing for being so positive through all of this! Best of luck!

Would you be willing to sell physical CD's of free albums? If you can record them yourself on cheap CD's, and sell them for a dollar or so, you could make a return for your effort and help promote.

Edit: I mean, if the artist (mostly me who's interested) gives you permission, of course.

Get comfortable making good music before you go messing with mixers and dual gameboys and splurging cash.

You don't have to cut out the speaker for any kind of prosound, so long as you have the space.

What you do will dictate what you need. If you're just doing 2xlsdj and are comfortable with the noise then a passive mixer and 1/8" are fine. You can always use different adapters and cables later. What's the point of rca's, who needs live panning anyway? Especially when your panning options are hard left, hard right, and center.

Where's Stereochan? Where's Swampyboy?

how are the vocals on vileplume achieved? is that like equalization or effects or recording or what?

I remember him saying on the release thread that they were resampled. That's about right, I can get a similar effect by changing the sample rate on my vocal tracks back and forth between a bunch of different rates.
