I thought you found them in the first place, no?

You're not the only one with the problem
I've had problems getting the drivers to work on Windows 7 (32 bit), and to no avail.

I'm sure it's a defective cart.

Yeah, thanks Timbob!
The weekend's hit over here, so I can have a go at compiling a ROM now.

Big thanks to Apricorn for finding this stuff in the first place tongue

DOWNLOAD LINK. I AM SO SORRY.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,
I present 'GO TO HELL', an artistic audio journey that will have you hanging from the edge of your noose!

Several minutes of horrid gabber, shitty breakcore and unmastered bass await you.

God help us all.

THERE IS AT LEAST ONE CHIP TRACK ON THERE, SO SHUT UP.

Why an extra?

Because some people like to keep a console as it is and jailbreak the other one.

homebrew enabling is a totally safe soft-mod and is totally reversible. It does no more than install another channel to the Wii.

Wiibrew wiki page
Discussion thread at SchismTracker.org

Some crazy dude named Storlek has ported Schism Tracker over to the Wii.
It has elementary wiimote support, and if you set your Wii up on a desk, you can use your USB keyboard and mouse to work it exactly like it's PC counterparts.
I haven't tried it out yet, but it looks pretty stable and fun!

Of course, your Wii will need to be homebrew-enabled (similar to iOS's "jailbreaking" technique) which will allow you to run unsigned and home developed code, or apps.
If you haven't got a homebrew-enabled Wii, check this page on the Wiibrew wiki

I'll try it out on Monday, perhaps. But for now, I'l leave it up to you guys to have fun with it tongue

In the long run, it really doesn't matter.

It's just music. I honestly couldn't care less if it was made with a C64 or a DMG.

it is all music

It's now open to the public.

Invites are useless.

Don't trade your cart, 64m carts rule!

That they do.

Their Win7 incompatibility does not sad

craigslist a shitty machine and load xp on it, might find one for around $50 (win2000 maybe?)

I tihnk craigslist is a US-only service, and I live in Australia.
I might see if I can find what went wrong with my current shitbox.

Until then, stiiiiiiiill waiting for a cart-for-cart trade tongue

Nope, still doesn't work.
Apparently, the cart has to show up as 'EMS Inter-Link Cable'.

Mine shows up as 'Unrecognised Device'.

ill trade you it for that NES?

Argh, as tempting as that sounds, this EMS cart is my only one, so trading that for the NES will leave me without a cart
I've got a Super Gameboy and a transparent purple CGB with no battery cover I could trade you for, though wink

Have you tried using someone else's computer?

Try the library, your local school, best friend, family member, or a friend of a friend?

I often use the school computer labs (which run nothing but XP), but I really don't get much access to them.
It works, and I've done it before. I'd just rather have one that work on my home computer so I don't have to wait a day or two before wanting to load up custom samples or updating LSDJ.

SurfaceDragon wrote:

You could send your cart to me and I'll send it back to you with the ROMs you want on it, all you need to do is pay for shipping. Then I'll send you the ripped SAV file attached to an email so you can back it up on your computer.

That nice of you! But unfortunately before my XP machine broke I was writing and ripping stuff from my cart left, right and centre. It would cost way too much in the long run.
Thanks, but no thanks.

SurfaceDragon wrote:

I love my EMS 64m carts, if you send it to me I could even add a page1 LED for free.

That's such a cool mod!
Unfortunately with my DMG always plugged into mains power, it will only boot into page 2, so I have no need for a first page.
I may look into that mod in the future though tongue

So yeah, I'm still up for trading cart-for-cart.
