Ummmm... there really is no time limit, but I'd try to keep it under 5 minutes. People might not want to listen to anything over that.
I meant time limit to write the piece, but I just checked the other thread so nevermind.
What's the time limit on this bad boy?
Jammin' the fuck out to this Maddness.
Gotta have that funk.

I think the latter half is playing too fast (PAL -> NTSC). But yeah, that's probably my favorite NES song of his...
For the NES he only did two soundtracks so it's easy enough to find everything he did- Asterix and The Smurfs. I've tagged NSFEs for both of them as well.
I've also worked up an organized collection of basically everything Alberto Gonzalez has done (nsfs, vgms, spcs, zx files, etc.). If you're interested send me a PM! He's also recently been posting on nesdev if you wanna see cool stuff like examples of source code, showing how he wrote his music.
Hella relevant to my interests.
Mostly I like the sounds, not the limitation or nostalgia. Is all about the sound of it. Is a harsh sound, almost punkish and I always loved synths, so...
This.
I don't see why people assume that having an affinity for the sound of the hardware must be due to nostalgia or other sentimental reasons. Can't I like it because it sounds good??
There is no relevancy here.
Thread, if you would kindly get the fuck out.
