i got this for iphone

have to say, it is one of the most difficult things to use...

but seems powerful...

UI is always the last thing on a developers mind it seems.

Creep dem featurez!

It's so nice to use on a PC, although sometimes I wish I could choose to tab between the windows instead of resizing them.

Also, as for feature creep, this was also a pretty monumental bugfix release, so I have no idea what you're talking about.

edit: It's especially noteworthy to point out that now if you're using this program in Linux, other programs can use audio too!

I think these are "Musicians":

I think these are just "Guys in a Band":

The difference has nothing to do with what they use to make music with, but their apparent intention and the level of care and skill that goes into doing what they do. Musicianship transcends the fickle conventions of society and exists as a means to its own end. Being a guy in a band transcends your inability to get laid.

Strangely enough, the noise that makes up the intro to FIFTEEN and later parts of the song is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard come out of a gameboy.

I am shamelessly necrobumping this thread, as I feel it is something that deserves being listened to. I find it very charming and original.

We're going to keep this on the front page forever.

Note: I used your claps kit quite a bit as well, and there's some SX150 playing back at quarter speed on Hexadecimator. heart

Jellica: I am flattered, you are quite an influence. I wish I didn't have such a hard time listening to your older stuff after it provided such a nice soundtrack to a car accident I was involved in.

You need to convert your MML into Z80 assembler code, and then assemble it into a ROM.

Klystrack is awesome, but I still haven't managed to wrap my head around how to actually construct a song.

This is like the reverse of GoatTracker. It's easy to make instruments, but hard to arrange them together in any sensible way.
