Topic: Nanoloop 2 tutorials? (1 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
Hi everyone!
My NL 2 cart is arriving today, so I was wondering: where can I find some good tutorials?
I find what seems a good series of tutorials on YouTube, but they cover NL 2.3, is it stil valid or a lot has changed in the latest version?
Seems weird though, YouTube and the internet in general is crammed with LSDJ tutorials, but nothing really on NL...

TOTALLY !!! Vynils will never die for me !!!
Just kidding mate anyway, I stopped buying CDs a lot of time ago, if I had physical copies of all the stuff I bought digital, I wouldn't know where to live cause my home would be flooded by CDs

Ooook so, I understand close to nothing of this technical stuff, all I wanted to know is this, nitro:
once your project is complete, will we be able of having multiple games and savs? Because I was thinking about keeping 2 carts, one for LSDJ and the other to have multiple games on the go
And if it is so, how many games are we talking about? 3/4?
Thanks in advance, sorry for the newbignorance

DJTransformer is breaking UK law by offering EMS carts for sale.
Really? Didn't know, why is that?

Awesome work man, awesome.
Keep up the work, and keep putting out music.
Whatever you've been through, I hope music can help getting you out of it.

Oh shut up. He's asking people to make an offer. Either he does that and gets your kind on his back telling him he's fishing for prices, or he puts in a specific amount and gets called retarded because you'll think it's too much. Just.. shut up, go away and unless you plan on buying the thing, don't participate.
Indicate prices on items you are selling. If you are trying to auction it off put it on ebay and put a link to the sale here.
It's the rules mate

Tried letting it sleep a night and see how it is in the morning, but it's exactly like yesterday.
Isn't there anything I could do?

Edit: NVM. I ended up just giving the fix found in the FAQ. I was thrown off because that talks about an error involving privileges. But it worked so there you go!
Hey, question here.
I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 and I've compiled it using gcc and installed libusb. I have the flasher running fine, but when I try to read or write anything it gives me the 'could not find/open device, is it plugged in?' error. When I run lsusb from the terminal I can see that the bus recognizes the cart as EMS Production Game Cube USB Memory Adaptor 64M and it's on bus 004 device 008.So what's the deal? Why can the system see it but the flasher can't? Am I overlooking something obvious?
Sorry to bump an old thread but I've got the same issue. I'm on Mac OS X 10.8.2 btw.
I followed Chainsaw Police's tutorial and was able to flash a game (Sword of Hope II ftw) just to try it out.
It seemed to be working, but a couple of minutes later the gb froze, and now when the cart is inserted only a blank screen is shown, either on a DMG, GBC and GBASP.
Also, when trying to flash something, the terminal just says "Could not find/open device, is it plugged in?"
Funny thing is, I can see the little green light for some time when I plug the USB in the computer, but some times it goes off, some times it stays on.
Have I done something wrong or is it just that I got a faulty cart?

Re: Advice on ambient sounds/'quieter' chip (41 replies, posted in General Discussion)
i'm definitely okay with post processing btw :>
i just feel like the less that i have to do the better (i.e. i'm still open to having effect levels obnoxiously wet)
This. Nothing against external effects, really, it's just that, if possible, doing everything directly in LSDJ would be much better that said, I'll probably try the effects road and se what I come up with

I'm interested as well.
Been trying to understand how to approach a more ambient-ish LSDJ sound. Has someone achieved something like this without external effects?

Being a teacher and/or travelling a lot is obviously perfectly fine.
The problem is, if you have a shop you have to tell your customer if and when you're not able to process the orders, because that's how you run a business.
That said, I hope I'll get my money back soon.
All in all, someone just earned a cutomer. I'm looking at you kitsch

The second part is exactly where you went wrong.
Good luck with the dispute.
I know, but I'm in italy... The delivery times fron the US are huge, and the customs are a pain in the ass.
If I knew, though, I would have certainly chose Kitsch like I did when I first bought an old 32M cart
