I can't identify the mold they're using for this Famiclose. At first glance I thought it might be the Model 3 Genesis but that has sharp corners where this one seems to be completely rounded.
Could be an older model Famiclone from the Dendy era. You might not find these anymore. Typically though the emulation is shit.

If I had to guess it was made in China. I couldn't find anything on this, interesting that it has the Genesis and 8-bit computer controller ports.

Let me preface this by saying I'm not trying to be a dick or troll you, I just want to explain what I am seeing here.
My problem with your article is what's the point? There's nothing there other than what LSDJ can run on. After you rattle off a mildly informed list of ways to run LSDJ you link to someone else's tutorial, so again what's the point? Save yourself the energy and just tell people to use Google.

NES didn't have a Gameboy cartridge peripheral.
This guide is less how to make chipmusic and more how to buy a bunch of stuff before you write anything.
