Been working on this for a bit, but not completely happy with it. Not entirely sure what it needs, so some feedback would great!

NL 1.6

Good stuff, I kept waiting for a bridge or something to kick in though. A break with some minor chords would definitely help keep the song from getting to repetitive.

I had a similar thing happen to me, but I'm pretty sure it was because I used the wrong resistor. You used a 47 ohm right? I had used a 470...

You can make on of those phone mics for like 4 dollars, assuming you already own a soldering iron and old phone. It'll do the job. You want overdrive not distortion, two totally different things.

Most 'distortion' pedals are made for guitars and the like, which are much less sensitive than a microphone. All that gain will be a nightmare. Also, the distortion would most certainly cut out any lows from your vocals, since their beuilt with guitar range in mind.

Also not a pedal, but harmonica mics overdrive really easy, which can sound pretty dirty. Or you could make a mic out of an old phone speaker.

On that track list note, I'm dropping out of Sabotage. Not coming together like I want it to.

Fat square wave on S channel=hella bassy. Especially with a little eq afterwards. That's what I use for most of my kick and bass in general.

Yeah, that could be it.

Huh, that's the one with the blend knob right? Make sure it's all the way to 'wet' or 'effect' or whatever. That pedal mixes the fuzz in with a crab signal, which could be your problem.

edit: clean signal

Yeah, what he said. But I would also crank the sustain on that muff, like 3 o'clock. But that's just me haha.

Well, using the song editor you can load groups of loops (lawl, groups of loops) when ever you want, as opposed to just hitting play. it works like loading loops from the bank/pattern menu.

So, I wasn't aware this existed, or if it even parallels the lsdj live mode, but I started messing around with the "live mode" in nanoloop 1.6

There's my first crack at it.

Anyone else do this? Any tips?

Balder's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast! Doesn't much more 'rpg' the 2nd edition AD&D rules haha. And there's like a million hours of gameplay.
