I used to mess up on my sister's Yamaha keyboard, then when I turned 12 I started guitar. I also learned a bit of theory, but I guess exploring chiptune also gave me a lot of knowledge I didn't have before!
I'd recommend you to search on the internet to learn things like scales, it's all about the scales! Then you'll learn easily by yourself things like arpeggios and using octaves or stuff like that, LSDJ is really intuitive when you experiment with it.

Anyway, I don't really have experience with android but I guess you first need to know if your hardware is compatible with the newer versions of android, maybe there's some app that identifies the hardware. You also need to be root on the tablet in order to do that kind of upgrade, but not sure on how to do that
I guess the point of this thread was just to help people to stop being stuck in the place where "oh no my melody is exactly as million others because of boring and overrated chord progressions and kick/snare structure" and just start making fantasy work with a little help from such advices that I, for one, find really useful.

I guess 10-15, max 20-25 euros is fine too for a DMG in used conditions.
I bought mine for 13 and 15 euros and I think the price was great.
Anyway I have 6 DMGs, 3 of which are already modded, and I don't mind on buying more, I actually want more. But I have a list of priorities right now, so I'll spend my money on something else
This is awesome. This guy uses poscas for drawing on consoles and the results are really epic in my hopinion. I hope this can help you even if I'm not into custom graphics ^^
