taking into account the fact that I don't use any tracker emulators or actual 8-bit hardware to make my music, is this the right place to share my music? If it is, then here's my first EP, which I just released yesterday: https://soundcloud.com/virtual-boys/sets/imsorandomep

I look forward to chilling with you guys! smile

I gave your EP a listen, awesome stuff! This is definitely a place to share your music. I put out nothing but chippy DAW music for quite a while before I got into trackers and gameboys and the like. Welcome!

I sent a PM and email your way... Thank you, Nitro!!

I have tried it with both systems, and I must say I prefer the Mac way. I was nervous at first to mess around with Terminal also, but the tutorial is very easy to follow. It's kind of fun too if you've had no prior experience with it like myself smile

I really don't find them necessary, once you get it all reassembled nothing's gonna move there.

Ah yeah I looked at that, fun looking stuff there but sadly the only thing compatible listed in that thread is shitwave.

Oh nifty smile Well I have yet to get my hands on a SGB. On that note I guess, are there any gameboy programs out there good for visuals on the SGB once I get one?
