Cook at a bar and grill, it pays pretty good considering i get payed as much as plenty of people just joining the workforce out of college.

wtf guys i just HAVE a c64 and some of the original music software still.  Sweet thread is sweet.  I cant say I use the c64 for composing, it was a steal of a deal with a bunch of games and software just never got around to using it more then a few times, unfortunately.

Thrift store? What kind of thrift stores do they have in Spain?!?!?! How much did you pay for it?

144 euro for KP3, they had KP1 too, for 80. Its an insane deal since the KP3 stands for 300 euro retailer price.

And maybe I shouldnt call it "thrift" since the money is not for charity but for capitalism. Haha. We do have thrift stores run by good christians and whatnot but they do sell mostly clothes.

Thrift stores are the ones with mostly clothes, pawn shops are the ones with sweet stuff people "pawned" for amphetamines.

check craigslist, people are always scrapping gear for cash when its needed most, just make sure to check it on a regular basis but a kp3 is probably on there as we speak

I actually found that genre earlier today, and was like "What the heck Netflix...?"

Definitely a good show.  I guess its kinda hipster buuuuut if your into Dr who you've probably already seen Sherlock or you will love Sherlock.

try seeing a doctor for your ADHD, you'll probably score some adderall or ritalin.  Although amphetamine's, these should probably help fight that lack of motivation you keep talking about.  On the plus side, you will be a champion at work, homework, and whatever else your new found motivation wants.

so no, the chip scene isn't dying or anything.  but i would say it's in flux, particularly in the area of online spaces.

Yeah it has been a fairly turbulent couple of years chipmusic wise. The rise of Pause and Ubiktune, (each about 20 releases a year) 8bit peoples and a lot of the smaller chip music labels have gone pretty much dormant. Micromusic, Lobitplayground, Blipfestival all ended for various reasons. But as I have mentioned before, I think flux is healthy and awesome!

I can get on board with this.  Also as other sites/communities slow down others tend to pick up, so this could be a "dry spell" in whats going but it could also be the most exciting thing to happen in a while.

because it makes people upset.

We are so efing close to our goal.  Hopefully this is as exciting for everyone as it is PPD!

its been a pretty big year, i was stoked to finally see fx4.  The new She album "electric girl" was pretty good too.  The only other i was going to mention was Joshua Morse's album "Waveform III" but that was late 2011 so bummer

aww chipscene stalker status.
