Well if it's not PNES, then I still go by Super Pulsar or SPRPLSR, both of which which address the initial problem you posted.

I'm very excited to see this, as I've been considering the purchase of a PowerPak at almost double the price.
I'm curious though, why is it that at least the option of a case isn't given?
I can't imagine that a modified grey cart would bring the total anywhere near that of the PowerPak.

Meh... I still like Pulsar or Super Pulsar better, but it would be fun to proudly declare to others I'm too busy experimenting with my PNES to be bothered.

Genesis version could be Mega Pulsar ("MGPLSR"?), & SNES version could be Super Pulsar Turbo ("SPRPLSR+" or "SPRPLSR!!!"?).

EDIT: Upon Googlization, Super Pulsar's main competition are some queer ass bike and airplane, and SPRPLSR only has one search result.

My only guess is perhaps PayPal issues a warning when purchasing from another country. I've never purchased outside my own, and I didn't get a warning when buying L-Tron.
