As a spectator, I prefer to hear 20 minutes of the best shit I've ever heard in my life by itself (as opposed to hearing an additional 20 minutes of  pretty sweet, but not as awesome music).

The Secret of Evermore sound track is amazing. Soule brothers rule hard.

I'm bummed that I have a lot of these albums already. But I kind of want to buy them again so that I can relive the experience.

Someone needs to buy that Big Black album.

I would like to hear a Talk to Animals and J Arthur Keenes collaboration. Maybe a duet. It would be neat.

TOMORROW

I really love the distinct mixture of classically trained musicians vs. those who have a punk/metal/hardcore/"I taught myself" background. I wonder if this blend is what makes chip music so special. My personal experiences lean towards the latter, having played drums and bass in grindcore/hardcore bands (self taught).

Extremely fucking awesome, Enso!

I also had the notion of putting on a all Oregon chiptune show with the help of dangerouskids.net (local video game podcast).  Whos interested?

In what sort of capacity is Dangerouskids.net able to contribute?

For all who want to know what I got my BA in- Philosophy and Catholic Studies. From the University of St. Thomas. With any luck I'll be a teacher some day. smile

This sounds really intense (and super awesome), and makes my degree in audio engineering seem petty.

Congrats to all the smart people of 2010!

Anyone catch what the footage at the end was from? in which a character walks onto water (sidescrolling) under a moon?
