I'm an idiot, can you sum up what exactly Deflemask is and what it's capable of? It can export various roms for playback on hardware right?

Deflemask allows you to track for several different platforms. Sega Master System, MegaDrive, NES, GameBoy, Turbo Grafx 16, both C64 chips, and now arcade. You can also, to various degrees of success, change the engine on the fly and easily adapt your GB track to play on a SEGA console, crazy right? And yes, it can export roms for most of those platforms. It's probably the quickest way to go from concept to music playable on the hardware. Obviously need flashcart or whatever.

Also, ARCADE...fuck!
Any chance of Neo Geo or Neo Geo Pocket engine?

Wow. This is actually the most important issue brought up on these forums in a long time. I guess I just trust people on this site more than I should.
I second Delek's request to have this potential security threat rectified.

This is going to be so silly, I cant even. Also, Im not going to contact or pay anyone for permission, so if thats not cool, I would have to withdraw.

Just for clarity, do you want remixes or covers? Id like to get in with some The Cure.

Oh hi stockwave. I had a total of 3 tracks (including my own) for this compo, so I figured "fuckit, why bother". I would love to reboot it, however, I currently only have access to the internet at a local coffee shop...

These are SO fucking nice, but Im not very fond of the stock screen and buttons. Coloured buttons, clear screen cover, and blue or pink power indicator LED, and it would be PERFECT!!!

If Piggy had a synth and/or wave creation thing, as well as the ability to "Save As..." and export to -songtitle-.wav, it would be the most perfect tracker for me.

Well, I am looking for some folk-y music, like acoustic guitar/accordian/banjo/whathefuckever + vocals + some tracker/chip shizz.
I know Bud Melvin is the tits, and I really like Mark Denardo's acoustic stuff, but can't seem find any of his music other than the EP released on 8BP.
Any recommendations?

About time I contribute something here. Korg Monotribe samples: all three drum sounds, and single cycles of the three synth waveforms, all in C, through all the octaves the machine can produce.
Add some dirty analogue vibes to your 10k Pig jams.

This game looks so damn dope. But what about the rest of us, who can only play on emulators or Famicom?

Track sent!!!! So amped. heart KPR

If Merzbow and the dude who made Yume Nikki got together and made a ZX Spectrum game, it would probably be this. It's fun wondering around trying to figure out wtf is going on and why animals and saw blades are trying to kill you.
Love it smile

Wow, this is too short! I really like that every song sounds unique, yet still like it was composed by the same person.
Could it have been more dancey or fuller (as in, more instruments and shit)? Sure. Should it have been? Fuck no, there aren't enough straight up, four channel feel good albums coming out anymore.
As far as negative feedback goes, it is too short, it's only one album, and some tracks are way louder than others, I don't like this sad Other than that, I really liked it, downloaded it, and will listen again.
Fave tracks: Milk Chocolate Buttons, Water Dreams and Bye (NES ver.)
