the square pieces are rotatable, the 2inch pieces from nonelectronics would work perfect for this (guessing this is your source by your calling them this)

since youtube is a google company now, is otromatic[at]gmail[dot]com not linked to him somehow just by some default process?  (at the least, a working email he would be able to access, hopefully forwarded to one he checks)

i'm not too keen on the google octopus and its reach and how that might work.  seems like this would be some auto thing the way google is set up now.  like how facebook generates the email address for you from your username.

great music, a lot of stuff i wouldn't have otherwise heard about, thanks for bumping this (and posting about it altogether)!!!

you know in vitamin bottles the silica gel packets that say 'DO NOT EAT!' on them?

those work really well for stuff like this too

you'll most likely need to clean the contacts even after all the drying, the sugars/starch in beer i bet will leave some gunk

hey everybody -

we've had the metal shield part from inside the DMG console remade:

http://store.kitsch-bent.com/product/metal-shielding

its the part that separates the cart from the internal electronics when the cart is inserted.

we had two variaties of this made, one in the normal unfinished stainless steel and the other with the 'colorful' effect, just like our replacement battery contacts

enjoy!  and, keep chipping,

matt

thanks for looking!

the guy who did the youtube video linked to above did a bunch of videos on this console

would have to agree with this sentiment.  i don't have an issue using them, but have had problems when the PCB in the cart shell is slightly off

awesome, thanks so much!  worked first time

oh, awesome!

i love little zipped collections of random stuff like this.  someone had uploaded one to 8bc years ago, and that download has saved me time and again...

anyone else having download problems?

mine stops at 1024kb each time.  can't tell if its an issue with the file, flash (it crashed on that page), or chromium...

(the 1024kb file is 'empty', i only know it 'downloads' to that point because i'm watching it count up)
