i hope they didn't use the ms-20 VST controller case for this. which looks just like that.
because its keys are way too tiny... its like a little kids toy.
oh, you can use the mac for the visual stuff?
check out millumin then. it will probably do everything you want other than the actual creation of the visuals. has MIDI/OSC, a TouchOSC option (if that applies), and you can easily pick your output.
even remap onto irregular surfaces.
windows version isn't ready yet it seems.
the trial lasts 30 days i think. then its 599 euros to activate you submit your email to get the download, but i'm not sure how it recognizes the uniqueness of your copy. maybe just delete a log, maybe its by email. but 30 days should be long enough, and it does everything. if its just transitions you need to do, you should be able to automate that somewhat. not sure your rig at all though.
(side note i should mention i guess)
in NodeBox, you create visuals and save them as quicktime movies. you can take these movies into VJing software if you wanted to trigger via MIDI or whatever, but you can also play them alone.
and you can make incredibly glitchy and interesting things with the program.
just wanted to mention its not really a 'live' app, but is wonderful for creating visuals to play on a loop/random like you mentioned...
unless you wanted to be an active VJ while you were doing music as well (and be really busy!), and if you don't have automated visuals (vBlank, etc), the looped-crazy-videos sound great.
it should as long as the program you are using allows you to choose your output for the live video feed (other than the preview window on your computer screen, i mean). the port *should* show up in the program as an output option.
routing video on a mac is easy (Syphon), but on another OS i'm really not sure... there should be a workaround if you can't do it directly in the program
(regardless i guess),
check out NodeBox3. its cross-platform, free, and comes with examples you could use (and more you can download I believe).
what operating system is your netbook running? win or linux?
and does it even have a video out?
if you need any help with merch booth, i'd be up for helping out however i'm able. we're just over the mountains in NC...

thanks for looking!
the next batch is after chinese new year it seems,
i've greatly expanded what will be in the next batch. clear is in for sure now, and the secret color still. and some others.
if you want it now, its fine to go black market. the wait will be a bit... unfortunately
wow. underground KB case trading.
i like this...
(clear shells will be in the next batch. as in clear-clear)
i play it on xbox all the time, otherwise i'd have picked it up first,
if maybe i find a used copy somewhere, i'll pick it up! i wonder if you can share ultimate teams across platforms....
oh shit, trine has it? i didn't even notice...
then we can play! its not bad, the graphics are pretty great in places, actually. its like the pacific northwest damp forest was sprinkled with glow powders. then again i just got past the tutorial stage
I'm timbob over there.
Are there any games you can play online already?
i'll be friending you soon then!
was playing call of duty: black ops II online last night. you can even play zombie mode online. the game types to choose from are pretty shitty for zombie mode though. no multi-player online career mode too...
the mario U game doesn't even have 2-player coop
REALLY hoping rayman will have some nice online features. its sort of lacking so far.
(imo, nintendo sort of screwed up the release of this console AND kick-ass games to go along with the launch... everything seems delayed or like it wasn't planned well)
kitschbent
i'm friending you Jake Allison!
can't wait for this VST!
(i don't know anything about this or how different the formats are..... but is it possible we coule see this in AU form as well?)
why are pirates so angry?
they just aarrgh!
