nanoloop 2.3 i'm guessing.
It looks like a DS lite and I think nanoloop is only available as a cart, so maybe not?

Hard to hear the music in the video, but I'm listening on band camp, it' kinda funny stuff. What did you use to make it?
Warioware DIY.
My free game for iPhone / iPod touch is here!
Catfood Dogfood is a free game for iPhone and iPod touch that I designed myself. I also did all the music. You can see a preview here:
And you can get the soundtrack for free here:
Download it, enjoy it, tell your friends!
This is awesome, I just wish I had an iPad to play it
Someone needs to port glitchNES to pure HTML5 so that we can just load it from a webpage, set the browser to fullscreen and glitch away.
Looking pretty good now.
It looks promising, and I'm interested from what I've heard so far.
Yet, since the roadmap looks like it's going to be "create LSDJ's uncle", I fear that in the years after Pulsar is released that NES chiptunes will get a little soiled, might I say, like what I believe has happened to the GameBoy scene with LSDJ's overuse (might not be the right word, seeing as it's virtually the only good program out there), and what I sometimes consider bland creations.
It might just be my paranoia. But I'm a little skeptic on whether this will impact the NES scene for better, or for worse.
No need to be so pessimistic. If this makes NES tracking easy and accessible, it means more people will be making NES music, and the front page of 8bc won't be 99% LSDJ all day long.
I like the matrix... Nanoloop for iPhone is where I have worked with it. It's perfect for small screens... maximizes the x/y space best on square screens.

exactly. I never said I cared, I was simply saying. I do not agree with Heosphoros, and I do think it's all about stage presence.
Yeah but you're ignoring the part where I said you're wrong! =P
hence the word nearly
Yeah but too many people have the idea that the only way to play electronic music live with effort is to add guitars or drums. Not true. If you make tracker music then sure, it's all patterns, but if you make synthesizer music, you have all sorts of methods of improvisation that are perfect for live play.
Saying that all electronic music is pattern music is like saying all chiptunes are tracker-based... it's just not true and it's a bad misconception.

No offence James, good for you for playing live and shit. Got balls for playing that shit live in the street with a horrible fucking set up.
isn't it the same with nearly all purely electronic music?
Trigger a few patterns, dance around, etc.
No, not at all. This is very insulting to those of us that do more than just trigger patterns.
Hipsters + old people = fight every time.
