wow guerilla streaming.

Hey guys the tickets have been claimed.

Loomis, when you arrive Sunday night just show your ID at the will call window and they should have you on file. If you have any problems just call me. I will PM you my #.

Sorry Facundo. Yet another Blip where I leave you hanging sad

I am giving away 1 ticket to Blip Sunday night. The first person to PM me with their full name gets it.

OK so what you are describing is exactly what Unicorn Kid is doing with his new material and I think if you listen to his songs for a while you will realize what you are doing wrong.*

The percussion is very understated and mixed in well. The kick just provides the consistent beat for the track but it doesn't call attention to itself. The rest of the percussion changes throughout the track, nice snare fills all around. And it's very fast and high energy but the whole point is letting the lead stand out and of course there are nice breaks and portions with no percussion at all which is very important IMO.

* And let me be clear that all art is subjective and you can just ignore everything I've said. But if you could incorporate this advice and make some really catchy melodic unce I would totally listen to it.

ok so this is my first shirt I will have a limited number on hand tonight:

$10 and I'll throw in a CD with each purchase. I'll have more for sale online after Blip but I guess you would save some money by getting them from me directly smile

Haha, someone wants to perform at Blip after all :3

darn, I missed it.

guys I'm sure people will be recording the whole thing, even if there is no live stream you should still be able to catch the performances later.

sorry in advance if I'm wrong but I know people recorded all the open mics last night

Yeah pongsri was tasty.  I was standing outside waiting on people (right after decktonic walked in) and a girl walked by and said , ew let's not eat there it sucks...  And I asked her where to go and she looked around and said, it's Chinatown!

But it wasn't sucky at all.  Good to meet everybody smile

that girl was dumb.

it says fixed but I don't believe it

ok, i'll make another thread for this in just a second.

in another inquiry: anyone up for Nintendo World today?  in a couple/few hours ?  i'm going for sure, and would love company!  if memory serves me right, there is a museum of nintendo's development, older things as well.  maybe even a working demo-boy kiosk still set up.

Rockfeller Plaza, to save searching for it...  between 48th and 49th.

7-ish??

even split a cab to pre-open-mic dinner...

FYI, if you love Kid Icarus they are having in-store tournaments tomorrow.

And they close at 8pm on Thursdays and 9pm on Fridays. Go there during the day, not at night.

just two things:

- I want beer (or sake or soju)
- I don't want to be late for the open mic
