Now i really have to read it big_smile
Also: i like the title.

I never sand them. Because it takes away the texture. I spray them, so you see every groove and bump.

I do clean them. With dishwasher soap, to get all the greasy stuff of. Makes the paint stick better.

I did sand a red gameboy once. Made it all smooth. Was a real bitch. Took me hours tongue

Thanks! smile I actually made a BOC 2xLSDJ set. I should really record it sometime. 15 minutes of BOC bleeps...

I'm looking for stuff, mainly wink
And I have a snes. And I like things with buttons.

Anything I can mod, really. I'm a bit of a case-modder.

Which I made for superbustysamuraimonkey.

I love that one by Benoît Henken. so minimalistic, yet very lifelike.

Kinda reminds me of an artist on the old 8bc. he was called 04 i believe, amazing pixel artist.. wonder what happened to him...

Whoa!  That's an awesome idea.  How did you arrive at such an epiphany?

You can also mix this up and get some interesting results.  Check out these bubbles by Timbob:

Haha, I just wanted to post that one big_smile

You might be able to see them better if look at the full size picture.  I believe it is just green and yellow paint with bubbles in it.  That added touch has me wanting to try the same thing for maximum bubbles in a set.  Timbob does some really cool stuff.

Indeed, it's just painted. The bubbles appear because I used low pressure paint which I sprayed close, and a lot wink
There might be a bit of glow in the dark paint in that one as well, can't remember. That stuff gives mad bubbles wink

But there are no lights. Just a gradient of bright colours.

Short answer: no.
Long answer: noooooooo

Elaborate answer: you can build a semi video out from a super gameboy and a snes, take the components you need, put it in a box, and make a video box that works on the gameboy.

But you might as wel just use a super gameboy and a snes without breaking it anyway.

So yeah. That.

the power supply gives AC, but i believe internal the C64 has 9volt DC.

that's pretty cool big_smile
thank's for that.

Now I'm curious on the pocket screen.
someone send that man a pocket!

I tried to build a distorion pedal ina C64 once, almost fried my sid chip big_smile

I had the sid disconnected while modding, but when I checked the +v at the sid port, it gave 18v instead of 9...
It should work basically, because i was able to fix it, and find a stable +9 for the pedal, but beter be careful, disconnect the sid while modding, because they fry easily.
