I like to use SquareSynth with Cubasis.

i just recently got cubasis but im still trying to wrap my head around it kinda. im admittedly pretty noobish when it comes to anything daw-ish but i can already tell it kicks beatmaker2 in the teeth. not sure yet if it will replace my good ol sunvox.

by the way do you need a mac to develop for IOS? I assume the answer is yes but just to be sure...

the short answer is yes. i would say get arghh on some internet and "download" vmware and osx lion if you want to try it out.

this is for a workshop? i put my vote behind fami. i think lgpt and lsdj are kind of pseudo-tracker in design. milky was a good idea too though. but if we were just picking our favorite tracker than i pick sunvox.

talkpolite is officially cool as fuck.

if your into "chipstep" might i suggest checking out  quarta330 , kodek, kraettz, cow'p, team toothpaste, uoki toki,  ???, nnnnnnnnnn. lots of artist have some dope dubstep tracks sprinkled into theyre normal repertoire - usk , iayd, and knife city come to mind off the top of my head.

aint nothing wrong with a little step in ya chip. but i cant say i trust this guy to be an expert on the subject. i didnt forsee peoples reactions going any differently. cause you know . . . we mean and shit.

i think i mentioned this in another thread before,  but once i was chilling with icactus( cool guy) while i was visiting austin and we were trying to kill some time. a conversation about how segadeath makes theyre music by ripping carts out of segas while theyre on turned into us trying to do it with the snes. didnt work.  but i got the idea to take the pcb out of the cart and mess with it so he took apart a mario allstars cart and plugged it in the started touching contacts with a wire i think he used for circuit bending. it was hard to get any audio but it made really fucking cool visual glitches. im not sure how safe it was in retrospect but i always thought it might be a cool alternative to glitch programs for nes and since the game loads on top its really easy to access everthing and mess around.

your right, i should have posted the songs real name and just said it was a remix instead of making it look like it was one of my tracks, I will correct this later

lol. pretty much what i was thinkin. your fine, dont worry about those guys.

edit: i realized my comment sounds like im not recognizing gaseyes sarcasm. but yeah, he named both the song and rapper in the title of his remix. not sure what else needs to be done.
