OHHHh sorry. I thought you meant remap memory location 0x104 to memory location 0x133. What you meant was remap memory location 0x104 through 0x133 to somewhere else unspecified.
Sorry for the confusion.

Now we just need someone to produce a cart that can use the classic logo swap trick and quickly remap 0x104 to 0x133.
Does it really use 0x133? Isn't that where the rom title and other things are stored?

Hey guys, here's a little thing I've been working on. It's an online tool to create a gameboy rom that has the Nintendo logo replaced with whatever logo you draw! It won't boot on a real gameboy, but it will show the logo you draw as it scrolls down and then hang there. Not super useful but kind of fun!
So check it out at: http://catskull.net/GB-Logo-Generator/
Code is up at: https://github.com/catskull/GB-Logo-Generator

I received one of "beta" devices too. Like error stated, build quality is good. Like what you see in pictures. Been using it with good old G4 powermac and Renoise combination, coupled with Tascam fireone audiointerface.
Had no issues with different sync options so far, mostly been using LSDj in slave mode. Also tried using LSDj as Master and it worked surprisingly good too. Did small tests with mGB and no bad words from that either. Overall truly recommended piece of gear, it's cheap and adds lot to your setup for the money. Good stuff!
Thanks rebb!
For everyone else these are now officially out of beta testing and available for purchase. See the original post for more details or go to catskullelectronics.com

tempted, but I don't have the parts and it seems like removing the screen film is a 50/50 chance the gameboy will break.

Totally awesome release man. You guys are killer on the merch. A VHS release, a diskette cd and a comic? How can I resist? Are you going to have plenty of merch at the show on saturday?

What is it? Inverter board? Seems like way too many components though.
EDIT: Oh snap! Video out?

The cool boy carts can't save though, right? Sounds cool though, just not totally sure of the viability. I have the famicom ones though and I'd sure like to reflash it with some good games and a sensible menu.
