Oh yeah, in that case you're probably fine. I don't know what else it could be!

mGB works with the nanoloop midi adapter. Yeah it's 64k, that is correct. It also uses SRAM so just be aware of that if you're using like an EMS cart with LSDJ on another page or something.

Does the adapter show up when you select the midi output in logic? I have a nanoloop midi adapter and can't get it to work either. I was talking to wisefire at SquareSounds Tokyo and he was saying it's way more reliable if you solder a USB cable directly to the adapter. Haven't tried that though!

Stupid question: what's the appeal of running piggy on a pi? I'm seriously wondering if there's an advantage over say a PSP or something. Is it just the ability to easily do midi stuff?

I guess I already have the driver kext for the CH340 on my machines then, that serial chip is everywhere!

exactly, i wasn't sayin it was dead. I got a lil emotional there haha, and I am admitting it's me with the problem. If I don't like the way things are, then make a way.

Oh yeah! Wasn't responding to you specifically, just makin a general goof. Thought I agree, the migration to facebook groups is unfortunate but understandable. They have the unique ability to hide everything you want to see and show everything you want hidden (even try and find a post from a few days ago? good luck!) But I get it, it's just where everyone is.

I use the bennvenn flasher. I also have a Reiner zeigler flasher from jrodrigo (https://www.tindie.com/products/JRodrig … r-gameboy/) and that works too. I'm also really excited about this one from inside gadgets: https://shop.insidegadgets.com/product/gbxcart-rw/

Today I'm proud to announce something I've been working on for about 3 years. I have worked with little-scale to release genMDM again! Included is an all new interface design with USB as well as DIN MIDI.

For those that previously purchased an interface and did not receive one, I will be fulfilling old orders. Please purchase an interface and then email me with the details of your original order, and I'll refund everything but the cost of shipping. If anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Thought that too but I think they meant the LCD itself. Answer is still basically no. I know BennVenn had something working but IIRC it was even more ghosty and pretty hacky.

Yep! I realized too the clear eeprom thing is unnecessary. There's a flag in that file where you can say always use the defaults, not eeprom.

Here's the code. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1tg0iG … NQIzsq9b35

Flash the memclear one first, then flash the arduionboy one.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder if I should just move the default poly channel to midi channel 1. Kinda makes sense for the rockband people (it's super common and cheap) and for everyone else it's not like it's a big deal.
