It'd be nice if it could just be included as one of the styles on LSDJ.

Re: Your total work time on LSDJ. (27 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
I listen over my songs a ridiculous amount; I'm not sure where it keeps the hours recorded, if it's in the save or in the cart itself because that would skew the amount. I'm at 10 days 19 hours 14 minutes on the one I'm using right now. My other cartridge reads 12 days 23 hours and 53 minutes.
Anyone know where this data is actually stored? does changing the save in LSDJ save manager affect it?

I don't usually dream about it, but I often come up with song/technical ideas while I'm trying to fall asleep.

Re: is retro computing going to be viable in the future (28 replies, posted in General Discussion)
A good discussion I've kinda often figured that the Chiptune hardware we're using right now will likely be pretty much the only retro age for music; things just got too HQ too fast, the Xbox simply doesn't have anything unique about its sonic capabilities. I do hope it'll be a while till chiptune dies out, and I'm pretty sure we'll find something else old and obsolete to do by then

Re: LSDJ vs. Nanoloop (32 replies, posted in Nintendo Handhelds)
You'll hear lots of back and forth on this one; the easiest way is to get demos for each and try them out with an emulator. It depends what you want to do too; I've hear nanoloop can be more conducive to live jamming than LSDJ; but where I'm at now I could never bring myself to give up the control and adaptability I get with LSDJ.

Oh, and I'm continuing the tradition of including ALL of the save files for the album. I also threw in my song-making template this time which includes all of my instruments.

and remember, if you downloaded the old version of Zef's Singles pack, you already have 2/3rds of the album!
AND IT'S FUCKING KILLER
Haha, yeah; not TOO much new content in this one, but I did go through and re-arrange and re-master it all. PLUS you get the save files for it all! I'm working on completely new content for my next album.
