Concordo con Akira, no es una grande necessidad a hacer un foro exclusivo para nosotros. Es muy desnecessario. Nosotros do Brasil no entrariamos mucho - como exemplo meu portuñol.
Un canal en irc talvez, mailing list ou algo parecido, assim como una pagina wiki. Mas un foro no debrias ser prioridad e solamente la coneccion entre artistas da america latina / portugal / españa.

The thing is, it's good to see other peoples works so you can learn something. Like looking into mods so you can grab nice samples or see an effect you didn't know how to use it properly.
Also, getting involved in the forums is only good if you plans to meet the people in your area. Meeting people is always the best thing. Going to chip shows, if you can, is always good too.

I graduated last december from the university. I have a bachelor in journalism, a piece of paper saying I graduated and no job in sight.

I didn't like the effects you processed after at all, the music got muddied in my view, but I love the song - the sms sonic is such an underrated soundtrack! And share the nsf, plz! I want to listen to it in my nsf player.
I liked it. Not much, but enough to say this is nice, I'd like to play in front of it (lights on my face ftw).
I know I'm not even from america, BUT here's my 2 cents:
I agree with likeluke, BUT you can always see if there's a place linked with digital culture or something like that cause they would like the idea. Places linked with culture and arts will be more likened to showcase chipmusic. Also, looking for venues inclined to do electronic music is always a good thing.
