We like the sound of it too, honestly there's been comparisons done and the DMG comes out on top. Not to mention the price is generally lower than other ones, it has a bit of a heft to it and feels like an instrument in your hands. It does have a slower processor than newer versions but a little trickery in your programming can get around its limitations.

To be honest, lots of guys don't mod their DMGs at all. I personally have the prosound and backlight on a few of mine, but I did them by hand and they're not necessary. I have a few standard DMGs for writing on buses, etc too.

So I guess tl;dr -  theres some benefits, but its not as if you NEED one. Your SP will do the trick.

Ben just tweeted that there will "never" be a new Postal Service album. And I think after 10 years, that's just fine. Trying to live up to the hype would ultimately result in failure, I think. I'm happy to just remember them fondly as they used to be. (And maybe see them live if I can get tickets).
That being said, the "new" song isn't half bad.

go to littlesounddj.com, buy a license, and when you get your cart let Kitsch know your license information and he'll flash it for you (  I believe this is still something he does)

Why sample LSDJ and import to piggy when you can just use LSDJ?  Personally, I don't like piggy.  I have it on a Dingoo and I never use it.  I don't like sampling.  I'd rather create an instrument and go from there.

Well, because it provides the ability for OP to combine chip sounds and sample drums and other instruments, which is what they asked about.

Maybe try Piggy Tracker- if you know LSDJ already it's not too hard and you can always sample your LSDJ stuff and import it as samples into Piggy.

thirded.

I will, in time.

Thank you! What you've done so far is quite amazing though.

thank you so much for making this!  i installed it on my Drag N Derp and it works great.  multiple save banks... who knew!  big_smile  does anyone know if LSDmanager can handle the multi-savs?  otherwise, is there a different way to manage the individual songs in the different sav banks once you get it backed up to your computer?

I believe what you'd do in this case is one by one load the Project you want to back up into RAM and then pull it off with a transferrer and edit it with LSDmanager.
Nitro, would you be able to make a similar LSDmanager program that deals with a LittleFM patched LSDJ ROM instead of sav files?

I for one liked this. I was a big fan of Telstar Arcade as a chip record when it came out and this is just as cool if not cooler. Well done, guys!

quality.

^seconded, this is pretty much the reason I never got a gba flashcart for lsdj.

I'll be honest, £30 ($47.72) for a used blue EMS 32M cart is a bit high. The USB version is usually about $40 new, and the 32M carts generally go for significantly less. If you were willing to bring the price down on those I think people would likely consider them (myself included)
