Here's my trick: Use tweezers. Do the initial separation using the razor on one corner and once you have the corner up grab it with a set of tweezers. This allows you to get behind the screen without having to bend the ribbon cable nearly as much, which reduces the chance of breaking it by bending it back and forth.

Even better- once you have the corner up far enough, use the tweezers..I guess you'd say...sideways. The idea would be to end up rolling the film around the tweezers in a cylindrical shape. Do this slowly but firmly and youll find the adhesive usually comes off rather cleanly and easily, and you'll only rarely have to scrape any off.

I think you'll probably have issues fitting full length songs as audio samples into the space you're given for a ROM...If this was possible I bet you a lot more of the devs who coded GB games would have done it. You should be able to use the short samples but of course the copyright issue mentioned above comes into play.

Done!

Whoa. This looks awesome!

I am alive. I can also confirm Exilefaker is ok- jut spoke to him on the phone. Ok as in alive but with limited access to power/Internet, much like myself and what seems like most of the NYC/NJ area.

It would be awesome if somebody made a dedicated LSDJ notebook app for the most popular platforms so we can save the trees. Bonus points for sharing capabilities. 20x bonus multiplier for a built in emulated preview.

This already exists for iOS thanks to Cheapshot!

This is a thing you want to have.

maaaan this looks fun.

Also if you're using LSDJ in a GBA SP make sure not to bump the cartridge- it sticks out pretty far and even the tiniest bump can often cause LSDJ to crash and show that message.

The Jawning of A  New Era

Jawn Jawn Deragon (Crif Dogs anyone?)

PUUUUMPED 4 THIS

Likewise! This should be a blast

First off, how charged are the batteries?
Second, check the battery contacts to see if maybe the batteries are shifting.
Third, if the batteries are fine, try re-flashing the LSDJ rom and see if that works.

Yeah, same question- just tried to bid and it said no US buyers sad
