I don't know how much it weighs but it can be thrown in a flat rate USPS box and it would cost around 16 bucks to  sship to wherever in USA.
The modification lets you play japanese and USA HuCards. It's a very rare mod, and it was beautifully done.
The unit has the typical problem of all TEs and TurboDuos: audio caps need replacement, so as it is the speaker produces no sound, you can only use headphones or you can fix it by changing the electrolytic capacitors. The method is here: http://www.pcenginefx.com/forums/index.php?topic=702.0

Regardless of it being fast or not, I suppose there will be tons of latency problems over a wireless connection, not to mention data packet loss etc.

It was not my intention to offend you with my words. I didn't even said that you wanted to be the president of chiptune, I just used your example about the constitution to support my point of view that what has happened is wrong.
